Its clean, the desk person is nice. The housekeeper on Friday was kind, but the Saturday one knocked the door SO LOUDY and was trying to get in by force!!! She waked up me and there was a band at the yard playing so loud, it was part of the hotel!!! How in the 7 hells do you think the people will sleep with all the noise YOU DARE TO GET!!! Breakfast is ok, nothing special. The best thing is that there are two restaurants directly connected to the hotel which makes it easier to access food at almost any time. The room was done every day and staff was always very kind and attentive, however, I have the impression the room was never swept. The location of the hotel is perfect as it is close to many attractions of Mexico City. Overall, it is a great place to stay!

Excellent and lovely hotel. Staff was friendly and helpful. Very clean hotel, clean rooms, comfortable beds. This was a wonderful value. Also, it was close to so many shops, restaurants, cafes and more. The neighborhood is very safe a highly walkable. Taxi and Uber are easy to call.

The room was comfortable, covering all the essential requirements. The location was within 15 minutes by car to our destination at UNAM. Taxi service was excellent.

The hotel is nice and well located. For us since we were visiting family leaving near by, the location was perfect. The rooms were ok for a short stay of a couple of days, clean and well equipped.
